Your Character
Name: Uccisore Delvin-Cipolla (Ucchi)
Age: 15
Year: 6th (or fifth, if it can't be 6th)
Birthday: November 20th
Nationality: British-Italian
Hometown: Milan
Blood-type: B Negative
Wand: Ebony, 16 inches, unicorn hair, specializes in charms and offensive spells, also nice for jinxes.
Personality: Extremely cynical, though fairly quiet otherwise, Ucchi’s upbringing causes her to remain calm and unfazed in almost anything, but at any sexist remark towards her person, or towards her female allies, she can become rather dangerously angry and violent (Also part of her upbringing). She’s very quick to try anything demonstrated to her, but reluctant to try anything out of a book on her own, due to her history of exploding certain fragile items of her mother’s. Ucchi can be kind and generous when she likes a person, but very vengeful towards others, and reluctant to trust many people to begin with.
She’s torn between the two sides of the war, uncertain which way to turn, and concerned for her family’s sake. Amongst friends, the girl can be cheery and quick, even talkative, but the rest of the time she’s a bit broody, and somehow deliberate and manipulative at the same time. All in all, Ucchi is quite the complicated child. We must have pity for her poor father, who doesn’t know what to think.
Hobbies/Interests:
Reading
Watching people
Organized Crime
Dueling
Music (She’s rather unhappy that electronics don’t work on the grounds, as she can’t have her CD’s and such)
Sleeping
Just lain Thinking
Strengths:
Is very-cool tempered to a point
Is not weakened by others’ suffering, only inspired to keep herself from the same
Dueling
Singing (though this she doesn’t let on)
Charms
Jinxes
Potion-making
Has a good constitution for alcohol
Weaknesses:
Is constantly putting syndicate family before herself
When pushed too far, has extremely violent reactions
Often miscalculates spells she hasn’t tried or seen before
Likes solitude, but can’t be alone all the time
Fears:
Decaying bodies
Rival syndicates
Losing control
losing herself
Appearance:
Ucchi’s appearance is… unique. She’s somewhat androgynous, with a tendency to wear boys’ clothing, rather than the traditional Hogwarts uniform skirts. These are only worn if she has a DAMN good reason, or just wants to surprise someone. She is making an effort to break the habit of binding her chest flat, which her father had informed her was extremely bad for her breathing and posture. She’s the kind of person you have to look at twice, and then probably again before you can tell if she’s a tomboy or just a pretty-boy.
Hair Color: Umber
Hair Style: Cut about to her chin, with shorter and longer bits here and there, falling to about the nape of her neck in the back.
Eye Color:Sort of deep green-grey, with almost a gold tint to them.
Height/Body-type: 5 feet, 5 inches, with a sort of lithe frame, no real curves to speak of. She almost looks a bit fragile, but will happily kick your arse if you tell her this.
Distinguishing Features Has a two-inch-high tattoo of a black spade on her right hip, and a tiny version of it, upside-down, next to her left eye. The second is only about as big as a beauty mark would be, and is often mistaken for one.

History: Uccisore is the daughter of a pureblood and a pure-born squib. Her father, Delvin, a muggle-dwelling writer-type, was an extraordinarily talented wizard in his time, but basically went into hiding, remaining docile and silent for many years, not wanting to be involved in the wars that ravaged his old world. He knew almost nothing of his daughter until her eleventh year.
Ucchi’s mother, Rosa Cipolla, is the head honcho of the Bella Donnas, a branch of the Italian Mafia run by sixteen of the most powerful and terrifying women in the country. Rosa was ashamed by her lack of magical talent, but used her family’s good name to come into power. She used a new form of power than that she was familiar with, a muggle-born power that commanded her so much more respect than she might have ever received in being a mere squib from a respected family. She had a whirlwind romance with an older British man, he at twenty-seven, she only seventeen. Their love was real, but Cipolla rejected her lover when she discovered her pregnancy, not wanting to let herself or her child be tied to him. Delvin was crushed.
Thus, Uccisore Delvin-Cipolla was born to her mother in Italy, and was brought up quite contently by her mother and fifteen aunties. She spent ten years learning the muggle arts of poison recognition, weaponry, using her influence to get her way, and the finer points of light assassination while unwittingly harboring and improving great potential for magic.
The year Ucchi turned eleven, both her father and mother received word that she was to be enrolled at the Hogwarts school of magic, eventually if not immediately. It was then that both parental unit had to come to terms with one another, and Delvin with the fact that he even had a daughter. After an initial meeting, and a long bout of compromising, Ucchi was sent to live with her father for a time, where she learned from whom she had inherited her gold and grey eyes. They were fairly fond of each other, Ucchi of Delvin for his charm, wit, and respectfulness, and Delvin of his daughter for being so like her mother. Uccisore was sent to a less known school of magic, one that compensated the fact that she did not speak fluent English. This learning was added to by that of her father, who taught her English and history and writing, as well as helping her develop the talents at which she was already partial to (Potion and poison making from her mother’s side, charms, jinxes and that sort of thing from his own).
Thus it came to be that Uccisore Delvin-Cipolla passed her OWL-level exams a year early, and entered Hogwarts NEWT level classes at fifteen years old. This was the first year she was comfortable with speaking English all the time, and not reverting to Italian when she had to use a certain phrase or another.
House Preferences: Ravenclaw, And perhaps a regretful Slytherin.
